One time my dad and I got in a car at the Gallipolis Auto Auction in Gallipolis, Ohio. He told me he was in a hurry to get home and to get us there as fast as I could. Normally this would be a 2 hour drive, but I looked at him and said, "What if I get a ticket?" 
He said, "I'll pay the ticket!". 
Well that's all I needed to hear. 
I took off like a bat out of hell for Logan, WV. We arrived on our doorstep exactly 1 hour later! (this was BEFORE Corridor G was finished too!)
I figured it out later. To get home in one hour I had to average around 100 mph!
No small feat driving country roads in West Virginia.
