These dogs are currently available (as of 12 noon Saturday). About 90% of dogs are killed at this pound. It is the pound in my hometown of Logan, West Virginia. Currently there are people organizing and trying to improve both the conditions and the adoption rate. The phone number is 304-752-1876.
