They say the chemical has already reached Huntington on the Ohio
River but not to worry because it has been diluted by that point. They
showed a guy from the army corps of engineers standing there looking at
the river saying "it looks good to me".
THEY FEEL TESTING THE WATER IS NOT NECESSARY.
